Store Entry Guidelines for October 1-5, 2026
To ensure a safe and pleasant visit experience for all guests, the following Store Entry Guidelines will be in effect from October 1-5, 2026. <Zone 1 Store Entry Ticket Distribution> ・ Location: Level 1, North Entertainment Mall, Ocean Drive Entrance, SM Mall of Asia ・ Queue Start: From 6:00 AM ・ Ticket Distribution: From 8:00 AM onwards * Same-day Store Entry Tickets will be distributed from 8:00 AM at Zone 1, subject to availability. * STRICTLY NO QUEUEING OR GATHERING BEFORE 6:00 AM. Any attempt to queue or gather prior to 6:00 AM will result in immediate disqualification and denial of entry. * The Store Entry Ticket is valid only for 1 person and is non-transferable. * Ticket distribution will end once the daily limit is reached. * Ticket distribution may start earlier depending on the queue situation. * If tickets are not fully distributed before the store opens, distribution will continue inside the mall. <Zone 2 Store Entry/Admission> ・ Location: Level 3, North Entertainment Mall, SM Mall of Asia * After receiving a ticket from Zone 1, please proceed to Zone 2 at your assigned time for admission. * Store Entry Tickets are required for admission. <Important Information> * Pokémon TCG products will NOT be available during this period. * Store operator reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone who fails to follow staff instructions, queues before the designated time, or causes a disturbance to others. * Store operator reserves the right to amend these guidelines without prior notice.
